A request for return or exchange must be made within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Purgo Health™ will accept back unopened product within 45 days of purchase for store credit to be used towards a future purchase. All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement. DO NOT discard the container as we may ask you to return the product to us. If we do require the product to be returned, Purgo Health™ will provide a shipping label through email. We are sorry but Purgo Health™ is not responsible for the amount of time it takes for the product to be returned to our facility, or if the item is lost or broken during the process.
